Now I know why Norman loves to photograph melody. She's so cute! But I think I like to photograph Melody with Norman. I like documenting their interaction, it's very..loving. He's going to be great godfather.

When the oceans rise
In January, it was announced that a sister at our church had a very aggressive form of cancer in the bile duct. One of the leaders in the youth group came up with a great idea to help bless the family. And here it is, psalm 46 bands.
The song that this sister has grasped onto is titled, "still" by hillsong.
Hide me now, under Your wings
Cover me, within Your mighty hands.
Find rest my soul, in Christ alone
Know His power, in quietness and trust.
When the ocean rise and thunders roar
I will soar with You above the storm
Father You are king over the flood
I will be still and know You are God
I will be still and know You are God.
It is inspired by the chapter in the bible psalm 46:
1 God is our refuge and strength,
an ever-present help in trouble.
2 Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way
and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea,
3 though its waters roar and foam
and the mountains quake with their surging.
4 There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God,
the holy place where the Most High dwells.
5 God is within her, she will not fall;
God will help her at break of day.
6 Nations are in uproar, kingdoms fall;
he lifts his voice, the earth melts.
7 The LORD Almighty is with us;
the God of Jacob is our fortress.
8 Come and see what the LORD has done,
the desolations he has brought on the earth.
9 He makes wars cease
to the ends of the earth.
He breaks the bow and shatters the spear;
he burns the shields with fire.
10 He says, “Be still, and know that I am God;
I will be exalted among the nations,
I will be exalted in the earth.”
11 The LORD Almighty is with us;
the God of Jacob is our fortress.

Boris
Hey everyone
I just wanted to introduce my friend Boris here. He is my roommate and ladies, he is single! so watch out! I met him while I was at costco. I randomly bumped into him and we hit it off, hung out a couple of times and got to know each other pretty well. Now he's my roommate.
(for the ladies) Here is some information you might want to know. He's really messy! Every time I come home, my room is a mess! He never cleans after himself and is really lazy! He likes to sit there and watch TV all day. But other than that he is a really cool dude. He's a big softie, hah.
